The Sausage Press Deli Co. produces delicious small batch salami, smoked fish and meats, fresh sausages and bacon.

Based at the Old Post Office in the Moutere village, we have been producing handmade, small batch jams and chutneys since 2003. Traditional methods and local fruit mean no compromise on quality or flavour.

Our farm is nestled in the charming Neudorf Valley, among green rolling hills with the magnificent backdrop of the the Mt Arthur range. It is here that we craft our delicious sheep milk yoghurt and cheeses – just for you.

A family-run grove producing the highest quality single variety Extra Virgin Olive Oils harvested by hand and pressed in small batches on the grove. We invite you to visit the grove, learn about turning olives into oil and taste our three varieties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  

We were the first commercial growers of the Saffron milk cap in New Zealand and are supplying most of them to Restaurants in the Nelson region and on the Farmers Market. In addition we also grow the following mushrooms which we dry and mix together to an aromatic aroma enhancer. Birch bolete, Larch bolete, Slippery Jack, Pine bolete and Painted Suillus.
