We were the first commercial growers of the Saffron milk cap in New Zealand and are supplying most of them to Restaurants in the Nelson region and on the Farmers Market. In addition we also grow the following mushrooms which we dry and mix together to an aromatic aroma enhancer. Birch bolete, Larch bolete, Slippery Jack, Pine bolete and Painted Suillus.
Based at the Old Post Office in the Moutere village, we have been producing handmade, small batch jams and chutneys since 2003. Traditional methods and local fruit mean no compromise on quality or flavour.
